Night Shift is available for iPhone 5S or later, iPad Pro, iPad Air or later, iPad mini 2 or later, and the 6th generation iPod Touch.

To get the feature on your iPhone, update to iOS 9.3 by opening Settings app > General > Software Updateor connecting your iPhone to your computer and opening iTunes.

(iTunes is usually faster than an over the air update).

Then open Settings > Display & Brightness > Night Shift.

Slide to enable “scheduled” Night Shift, which will automatically turn on a warm display when you go to bed.

You can also tap the From/To arrow to set it to “Sunset and Sunrise.”
