Ever since Karan Johar took to Twitter to announce the unique casting of Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt in his next, the speculations have been on a rise. While the media went gaga over the unique pairing as fans are eagerly waiting to see the chemistry between the two, here's a piece of news that will come as a shock. Apparently, Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt will not have any romantic connection in the film.

Though Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt have maintained that their next is a unique love story, we now hear that the superstar Khan will be seen as a 'love guru' in the film. But Shah Rukh Khan will only been seen in a special appearance in the film. According to one of his recent interviews, Shah Rukh revealed that he indeed shot for Gauri Shinde's film in Goa but it was only a three to four day schedule.

It is being said that Shah Rukh Khan will help the young and pretty Alia Bhatt to choose between the men in her life, which will played by Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Abbas Zafar, Kunal Kapoor and Angad Bedi in the film.
