Over at hour house we have a deep love for citrus.  You’ll love our Creamy Raspberry Lemonade Popsicles! The combination of the creamy vanilla bean yogurt with the tart and sweet raspberry is our ideal of perfection in a popsicle.

Raspberries are a favorite around here and we buy them regularly, but they can be pricey. We keep the costs down and purchase them frozen instead of just fresh. Then once the bag is towards the bottom it’s just itty bitty bits of raspberries so this recipe is a way to use up all those bits. You could also put those small pieces into a smoothie if you’d like, never waste. :) This recipe is great with strawberries too! My toddler is a mini chef and has her own series called Mini Chef Mondays and she made popsicles like this without the yogurt.

If you’ve ever purchased a large container of yogurt and had no clue how to use it in time this recipe is great! My daughter and I only like plain greek yogurt and my husband purchased some sweet vanilla bean yogurt. For us it was too much of a dessert and we like our yogurt with a tang. Then we realized that the yogurt would be perfect to make Creamy Raspberry Lemonade Popsicles! The balance of the slight sour notes from the lemon and raspberry blends well with the sweet vanilla bean yogurt. Added bonus, the yogurt we use is packed with protein!
