Meal Plan # 33: 14th-20th May – Chickpeas & Bell Pepper Stew And Sprouts Tokri Make Meal Times Healthy
I am sure many of you will agree when I say that the process of cooking isn’t quite a chore. It’s the planning process that stumps us. What vegetables do I buy this week? What will my son want to take for tiffin? The questions that go through a mom’s head are endless. I always believe that if your tummy is happy it makes life more pleasant. If your child gets something yummy in his/her tiffin, they come back home with a smile. There have been days when my kids didn’t like the ‘surprise’ in their tiffin box. The journey back from the bus stop to the house was filled with scowls and a lot of whining. Sigh!
So now at the beginning of the week, the KSP Meal Plan goes up on the fridge for everyone to see – no more surprises in their tiffins. They’re happy and I’m relieved.
